Pecan Pie with an Almond & Chocolate Crust
(Vegan – Gluten, Dairy, Refined Sugar and Wheat Free)
Deliciously sweet, this Pecan Pie is the perfect vegan substitute for the traditional Thanks Giving dessert, it’s also a great alternative to Christmas pudding!
We love Pecans because they are high in healthy unsaturated fat and just a handful a day can lower “bad” cholesterol. They also contain more than 19 vitamins and minerals including vitamins A, B, and E, folic acid, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, and zinc.
