These are a super easy snack to make and they keep for ages in a kilner jar, also great to top salads. The ingredients can be altered depending on how spicy you like things. I made these for my boys as an alternative to popcorn and crisps – they loved them!
Ingredients
3 cans of Chickpeas drained
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground coriander
2 tsp sea salt
1/2 cayenne pepper
1 tsp smoked paprika
2 tbsp olive oil
Method
Set the oven to 170c
Mix all the spices together and whisk into the olive oil.
Pour on to the Chickpeas and coat thoroughly
Spread the Chickpeas onto a lined baking sheet and bake for 45mins
Keep checking them to see if they are ready – as they may need longer
Remove from the oven and allow to cool, store in an kilner jar.
