Matcha Latte – mid morning boost

This is my daily 'mid morning' ritual - rich in antioxidants, full of flavour and a superb energy booster!

Cup of unsweetened almond milk (could use coconut or rice)

1 tsp green matcha powder

1 tsp coconut oil

1 tsp coconut blossom syrup

Gently warm all ingredients in a pan, just before it starts to bubble remove and whizz in nutribullet.  Pour into cup and enjoy!
