This is such a lovely and refreshing drink to have on a warm day. It is packed full of ingredients that are anti-inflammatory and immune boosting!
Ingredients
250ml almond milk
1tsp grated fresh ginger
1tsp grated fresh turmeric or 1 tsp ground
1tsp coconut oil
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
Freshly grated nutmeg, about 4 grates
1tsp coconut blossom syrup
Loads of ice!
Method
Place 100mls of Almond milk and all the other ingredients into a heavy based pan
Set over low heat and gently warm through while whisking gently – turn off the heat and leave to cool for 10 mins allowing the flavours to steep into the milk
Strain into a blender and add the remaining milk and blitz to make really frothy!
Pour into your favourite glass over loads of ice
