These delicious refined sugar free pots pack a nutritional punch and are a perfect way to end a meal or have as an afternoon snack. Raw Cacao and Chestnut can supercharge your health as they are both packed with essential vitamins and minerals such as Manganese, Potassium, Zinc, Copper, Phosphorus, Magnesium, and Iron.
They are super quick and simple to make, they are gluten and dairy free and suitable for vegans!
Ingredients - Makes 4 shot glasses or 2 ramekins
100g 85% dark chocolate cut - I always use Green & Blacks
2 tbsp peeled and cooked chestnuts
1 tbsp Raw Cacao powder
4 Medjool dates pitted
2 tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes
Pinch of Himalayan Salt
125ml water
Method
Melt the chocolate in a bowl over a gentle heat. Set aside
Puree the rest of the ingredients.
Add the melted chocolate and pulse until all the ingredients are combined.
Add the water gradually until a thick creamy consistency
Pour into dishes and allow to set in the fridge
Remove from fridge 20 minutes before serving and decorate with raspberries and blueberries - I have used frozen berries in the picture to give a frosted look!
